UPG Electrical is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will assist the sales team in driving sales around existing business and will assist in lead generation around new business. The right candidate is a sales-minded individual who is a quick learner, self –motivated, thorough researcher and possesses an eagerness to learn about sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for defined customer accounts
• Receive and process customer orders in the ERP
• Review Production status with Buyer/Planner
• Send order acknowledgment and order updates to customers
• Coordinate shipments with shipping department
• Interact with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Production to assure on-time delivery.
• Attend daily production review meetings
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong capability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrates core knowledge in ERP/MRP functions
• Proficient in MS office, including MS Excel
